Irish Blond Cocktail

2 oz Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz Orange Curacao
1/4 oz Fino Sherry
1 dash Orange Bitters

Add ingredients to a mixing glass or shaker; add ice. Stir or shake to chill and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel. Happy St. Patty's Day!
